Measuring a large 7.5" x 15" and, over a 1/2" thick, these fresh cut, all natural Western Red Cedar (The Safe Cedar) and Western Red Alder grilling planks take grilled salmon or seafood to a heavenly level. Depending on your grilling habits, these planks can be used 1-2 times before utilizing as wood smoking chunks. All Just Smoked Salmon™ Alder grilling planks & slabs are professionally kiln dried for splitting and mold prevention!
