Bryan’s Margarita Salmon

This recipe has become a family favorite We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

2 lb Salmon filet
1 bottle of margarita mix (any kind will do, but I prefer Margaritaville mix)
2 shots tequila
sea salt
fresh lime wedge
cedar grilling plank

Cooking Instructions

Mix the tequila and the margarita mix
Marinate the salmon for 24 hours (no more than 24 hours)
Soak the cedar plank for at least 2 hours
Place salmon on the cedar plank in the grill and top with sea salt and fresh squeezed lime
Grill over medium heat until slight crust forms on top of salmon
Tastes great with margaritas of course. Enjoy
