Mike’s Asian Cedar Plank Salmon

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Fresh ground black pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup chopped green onions
Juice of ½ limeCombine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour over salmon fillets in a shallow baking pan to marinate. I let them marinate for a couple of hours. Oil your previously soaked plank, grill fillets skin side down for appr. 20 minutes. (You can pour some of the marinade over fish ½ way through cooking, but be careful of flare ups.) Enjoy with a glass of chardonnay. Awesome!
