1. Salmon Filets, (no skin)
Topping
2. 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3. 2 tsp Dill Seed
4. 1 tsp Montreal Steak Spice
5. 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
6. 2 cloves Garlic
7. 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
8. 1 med Onion (chopped fine)
9. 1 tbsp Crushed Pepper Corns
Soak Cedar Planks under water for 4-6 hours.
Combine ingredients 2 thru 9 & let sit 2-3 hours.
Brush one side of the plank with Olive Oil & sprinkle with Pickling Salt crushed fine.
Place Salmon filets skinned side down on salted side of the plank, cover with the coating mixture.
Place plank on a hot BBQ, cook on med for approximately 20 min (until fish flakes easily).
If the plank catches on fire spray with water.
