Planked Boneless Pork Roast

1 Boneless Pork Roast (up to 5lbs)
1 Whole Apple sliced/slivered
Numerous Gloves of Garlic slivered
(If desired Meat Injector with 1 can thawed frozen apple juice)
Sage
Rosemary
Olive Oil
Baking Plank Board (your choice and flavor!)

Preheat oven to 350

Take Roast and stab with paring knife and insert slivered garlic
and apple into puncture wholes.
Don’t be afraid, stab the little piggy as many times as you want on top and sides

If desired, you can inject the thawed frozen apple juice
(don’t dilute gives you copious supply of moisture)

Coat pork roast with olive oil, sage, and rosemary

Cook until internal temp is 145 (about 30 min/lb).
FOR BEST RESULTS USE TEMP PROBE!

Let rest 15 min( should raise temp to 160)

Take drippings on board and use this as a sauce (au jus)
