8 oz. Premier Alder Smoked Salmon
1 Large red apple diced
2 stalks celery diced
1/2 cup diced vidalia onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt to taste
5-6 oz. bag mixed salad greens
6 Pita pockets
Mix salmon, apple, celery, onion, mayonnaise and salt.
Stuff pitas with thin layer of mixed salad greens.
Fill full with Salmon mixture. Enjoy.
